Summer Sundays: 9 am Worship
Beginning Sunday, June 14 Mount Calvary will be on the summer schedule
with a 9 am worship service. Join us for celebrative uplifting worship
and then linger and make new friends over coffee and snacks in the shade
of the front lawn following the service. Summer Sundays extend through
Labor Day Weekend.
Summer Wednesdays: 7:30 pm Worship
Beginning Wednesday, July 1 Mount Calvary will offer midweek worship at
7:30 pm. This service combines the strength of traditional hymnody with
the warmth of contemporary song. Evening praise is designed for those
who prefer a mid-week service in an informal setting.
VBS 2009
"Crocodile Dock"
July 6th-10th
9:00 am - 12:15 pm
VBS is a week long summer children’s program where kids and adults can
learn about the love and grace of Jesus Christ through song, drama,
games, crafts, and storytelling. It is a high energy week filled with
excitement and activities.
We have two programs in one:
-
Preschool –Kindergarteners experience a more low-key, mini rotation
schedule. Your child will start and end the day with all the children
in the sanctuary, singing and experiencing the wonder of Christ
through skits. Youngsters remain with same age level children for
stories, crafts, snack and outside play.

1st-6th graders will be placed in crews of 6-8, where they will travel
from site to site to experience crafts, games, storytelling, music and
snack. They will be placed with an adult or teen crew leader to guide
them and add to their exciting day.
